  11. I have an A3000/030/25mhz.  It has 2 megs chip RAM, on the motherboard 
  12. there's another 4 megs fast RAM, and there's a SupraRAM card fully 
  13. populated with 8 megs RAM.

  15. Anyway, I fired up SysInfo v3.15, and it lists the following concerning 
  16. the RAM:

  18.   1) For the 2 megs chip RAM, "LOCAL PUBLIC 24BitDMA"
  19.   2) For the 4 megs fast RAM on the motherboard, "32BitRAM LOCAL PUBLIC"
  20.   3) For the SupraRAM 8 megs, "FAST RAM PUBLIC 24BitDMA"

  22. What does the "...PUBLIC 24BitDMA" mean?  Is the memory not 32-bit, or is 
  23. there something I'm missing?  The chip RAM is 32-bit, so why isn't the 
  24. others?  Actually, I expected to find that the SupraRAM was only 16-bit, 
  25. since I thought I heard about it being only 16-bit.
